Arrow Equipment delivers traceable calibration with documentation that satisfies auditors and quality managers.
Our procedures follow established standards using reference equipment with current NIST-traceable certificates. Each item is tested across its operating range with certificates documenting equipment ID, test results, standards used, and technician performing the work.
What We Calibrate:

Torque Equipment (up to 10,000 ft-lbs)
Hydraulic torque wrenches, torque multipliers, and manual torque wrenches tested against calibrated transducers at multiple points throughout range. Adjusted if needed, retested, documented with "as found" and "as left" values. Annual certification provided.

Pressure Gauges & Recorders (up to 60,000 psi)
Analog gauges, digital gauges, and transducers tested against deadweight testers or precision calibrators. Full-range testing in ascending and descending directions. Certificates document accuracy at each test point.

Fluke Meters
Digital multimeters tested for AC/DC voltage, current, and resistance across multiple ranges. Special functions like continuity and diode testing verified.

Relief Valves (up to 60,000 PSI)
Crack pressure, full flow pressure, and reseat pressure verified through multiple cycles. Documentation shows valve ID, set pressure, test values, and adjustments made. Industrial to high-pressure oilfield applications.

Field Instrumentation
Temperature gauges, flow meters, level sensors tested and certified for process monitoring and safety systems.
